Context and Reflection

The assignment I chose is my expert from NaNoWrimo, NaNoWrimo was a project that we did all November.

I chose this expert because it was one of the things that i had that needed a lot of work. For revising I had to fix my GUMs                       

The Lights Went Out

We drove into what looked like a entrance of a cave, the car lights went off,

the cave was so big. We drove deeper in, she stopped the car ,and we got out there were computers and weapons like knives and guns, she looked at me with a smile ,and said  welcome home,  memories started flooding back the man in the picture was my dad I was  following him when all of the sudden I got knocked out I was gone looking for my dad for weeks, months maybe everything hit me at once. My childhood, everything  was too  much to handle my eyes started to tear up. I grabbed Sara and hugged her, I missed you I said ,and pulled away ,and told her I was trying to find my father that's why I was gone for so long. I have been in a van tracking him following his every move.  Sara said its ok thats what I thought you were doing, I was tracking you to but then your tracker turned off ,and I was so worried when that happened because I didn’t know if you were hurt or something. She said ok enough sobbing we should get to work, lets try to find your dad and make him pay for what he has done to us and our city. We gear up this time I was not going to go down so easy, I know my father was the one who knocked me out, I was getting too close but this time I will be prepared for a fight.we got in the car and drove out of the cave we drove to a old gross bar where my dad was he had bodyguards though they're not really bodyguards they're just people who do what my dad wants because they are scared of him. We climbed to the top of the building there is a door I was about to go in when  Sarah said wait  A man was coming out of the bar i jumped to the side and hid in the shadows I don't know if he saw me or not. I waited a few seconds then peeked my head, out I didn't see him. I thought he left, so I stood up and walked over to sara,  “close one” I said “ we both walked in the door this time and paid more attention.” we came into a room it was really dark,  tried to find a light switch so I ran my hand against the wall and found one. I switched it on and there was so many lights. the room was huge, I yelled for Sarah she came out of a room Sara said “follow me. I followed her into the room it was full of weapons and stuff like

About The Author

I would define myself as a good student ,and in english I would describe myself as a ok student. I think that I have improved as a writer since the beginning of the year. In The beginning of the year I didn't know that much about writing but now I have a pretty good understanding of it.
